Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations

    In case of cancellations when the order is not yet shipped, please reach out to us promptly and we will cancel your order. Please connect on WhatsApp at 9999164925 . We will try to do our best!

  • Product or delivery concerns: such as product damage / defects / incorrect delivery/ incomplete delivery/ functional issues in the product

    Upon receiving the parcel, kindly record a video while opening it, showing the package label and contents clearly. This will help ensure smooth processing of return and replacement requests.

  • Please reach out to us in 3 days of receiving your order and highlight your concern in case of product damage / defects / incorrect delivery/ incomplete delivery/ functional issues in the product with a clear image and video. Our team will promptly issue a replacement for the product you ordered. Only in case a replacement is not available, amount received will be refunded in your original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the complete Product at Our Warehouse .

If you are not satisfied with the product for any other reason not mentioned above, you have a generous window of 3 days from the date of delivery to return the product to us. 

Please note, shipping fees are deducted when making the refunds in such cases as per the below slab
Order amount upto Rs.1000: Rs 100
Order amount Rs.1001-2000: Rs 150
Order amount higher than Rs.2000: Rs 250

 

  1. The entire process takes about 8-10 business days (including pick-up, inspection and issuance of gift card or store credit). We appreciate your patience on this matter!

  • How to pack a return order
     We take great care in packaging our products to prevent any damage during transit, and it's important to handle them with care when returning them to us. Whenever possible, please use the original product packaging to re-pack the item. This will help protect it during transit and ensure it arrives safely. If the item is received broken when you return it, we would be unable to process a refund or store credit.
